I'm excited to come back in No Man's Sky after a year of hiatus. It's great to see the developers, Hello Games, pushing through tough times and releasing cool seasons.
Admittedly, I wasn't impressed with the game's quality and content when it was first released, but the generatively created world and the heartwarming storyline did pique my interest. It's refreshing to see new talent being recognized and appreciated.Īnother nominee that caught my eye is No Man's Sky in the evolving game category. It's great to see heavyweighters such as God of War and Elden Ring in the running for the award, but I'm particularly thrilled to see a debut game like Stray from BlueTwelveStudio being nominated (and again Annapurna Interactive is a publisher of such an assets).
